While we can handle tight schedules in most cases, our clients usually book our services at least 12 months ahead for weddings and at least 6 months ahead for social events.
Full Service Planning & Design
This service is designed for couples on the go, who have limited time for wedding planning and want to hand over the reins. If you'd rather spend your free time traveling, having fun with friends, and enjoying each other's company, and not dealing with vendor research and countless emails, our full-service planning is here for you. We'll handle everything from selecting and booking vendors to day-of details. Your only job? Sit back, relax, pamper yourself, and fully enjoy your stress-free engagement. Whether you want to be highly involved or prefer a hands-off approach, we've got you covered. From venue research to vendor management, logistics, planning, and execution, we take care of it all. Our goal is to provide comprehensive support and expert planning and design guidance to ensure your day is unforgettable for you and your guests.

This service is the ideal option the couple looking for a partnership relationship with their planner. We use a collaborative approach so you are able to clearly communicate the vision behind every detail and we guide you through the process of making it all happen. We provide you with tools to complete some tasks on your own while we take care of other more technically specific tasks. This service is designed to allow you a hands on role in your own wedding planning with the advantage of our professional assistance to guide you along the way.

Once you’ve assembled your vendor team, we'll guide you through the upcoming steps to ensure a smooth journey. Our comprehensive planning guides, checklists, and how-to resources empower you to independently organize your wedding until the four-month mark. At that point, we seamlessly take over to handle the remaining tasks. Feel confident handing over your perfected plans to our experts, who will refine last-minute details, construct a precise timeline, optimize your floorplan, and bring your vision to life. Venue Scouting
Searching for the right venue to host your wedding can quickly turn into an overwhelming task. Our venue selection service removes the stress of finding that perfect space for celebration. We start by meeting via phone or in person and discussing a previously provided preferences questionnaire, we will discuss your specific needs, expectations, budget, and ideal location. Once armed with this valuable information, we get to work! In the next 30 days, we will present you with a curated selection of three venue options that align with your criteria. Our thorough research covers essential aspects such as cost, style, capacity, availability, parking facilities, available rentals, menus & packages, as well as providing images and a detailed description of the venue's surroundings. To enhance your venue-touring experience, we equip you with a questionnaire crafted by our team, ensuring you can explore each option confidently and make the final booking decision with ease. Let us transform your venue search into a seamless and enjoyable experience, leaving you free to focus on the excitement of your upcoming celebration.

Planning & Design Consultation
Our goal is to help you bring your vision to reality with our wedding planning and design services, but we understand sometimes this is out of the budget. In those cases, whether you are in the beginning stages, halfway there, or almost done - you can schedule a consultation with our lead planner to ask questions and ensure you are on the right track. Our consultations can include just about any topic and you will receive a full summary of our call with action items, recommendations, and what to do next. We offer meetings via zoom, facetime, in person (travel fee applies), or via phone. Consultations are charged by the hour and must be paid at the time of booking.

Social & Corporate Events
The truth is– we love ALL celebrations! Why limit ourselves to planning only weddings? Dinner parties, birthdays, anniversaries, brand activations, company holiday parties, vow renewals, baby showers, bar/bat mitzvahs, we do it all! Our comprehensive approach is designed to fully understand your vision. Collaboratively, we craft a bespoke experience tailored for you and your guests. Once your vendor team is in place, we meticulously design your event & guest experience, from guest arrival to the final good night. Our team seamlessly executes the intricately planned details. We skillfully guide you and your guests through the celebration, allowing you to fully savor the day and connect with everyone present.
